Entertainment was really good,very talented people,and the staff was very nice...beach was beautiful, but the Food was lacking everything seemed very generic...We didnt get to experience the reservation restaurants so I cannot review those,but the buffet was left to be desired...

Riu palace is great food good variety and cappuccino spot was great amazing crew loved my view from my room would book again.

Has everything, but very expensive. This resort is HUGE. It literally took 20 min. To walk from our room to the water park on the same property. It was an amazing place, but everything there was very high- end. Stores included Tiffany's and Balenciaga. There was no casual shopping. I felt underdressed even in the restaurants labeled as"casual." Everything has a 25$ service charge, even when no service was included and you were just purchasing a bag of chips. This trip cost me $1200 more than i expected by the time i checked out, just for my mother and I. I would not recommend it for family travel unless you are lucky enough to be very wealthy.

Very clean. Beautiful view of beach. Staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, they were understaffed, and there were unusually long waits for meals and drinks to be served. Also, it rained all day on our second full day there, but hotel provided no umbrellas at all.

The pool, hot tub, resort restaurants and the beach was wonderful, the service excellent. The casino it is just for entertainment purposes on my respective opinion, you never win .
